Natural Rubber Latex Foam Products

Manufacturer: I find your email from blog text. I am interested in Natural Rubber latex pillow production in my country. I want to start producing NR latex pillows. But I have no experience about foaming and the preparation of latex compound. 

Could you help me please? How can you give consultancy on this?

I propose to write the following reports for you as the training materials:

1) Latex Technology - All that you need to know and understand before you are confident enough to handle the latex.

2) Vulcanisation - What is it and the importance of vulcanisation for good physical properties of latex foam. Guide formulations would be given.

3) Preparation and Milling of Chemicals - All chemicals especially the curing chemicals must first be prepared to form water-dispersible dispersions before you can add these to the latex. Guide formulations would be given.

4) Latex Foam Technology - Once you have grasped the knowledge from (1) to (3) above, we can then discuss in detail how to proceed to make latex foam products such as latex foam pillows.
