Delamination of multiple-dip latex products

Manufacturer:We're from India. We are making dipped products with multipe dipping based on natural rubber latex. Most of our rejections is due to delamination problem. Please offer your expert advice.
JohnWoon: As requested by you, I'd mention only briefly my answer at this site, my detailed solutions and recommendation to your problem being sent to you separately.

Contrary to popular believe, the addition of soaps that helps in wetting might give a negative effect. You should also control the degree of cure of your latex compound. Subsequent latex dips should be carried out before the preceding layers become too hydrophobic.

A Rubber and Latex Technologist, John Woon began his professional education in Polymer Science and Technology (Plastics and Rubber Technology) in 1968. He continued his study and training in England and worked for International Synthetic Rubber Company Ltd (Eni), UK in 1970's.
He joined the world's biggest producer of Prevulcanised Natural Rubber Latex and specialty latex compounds, Revertex Malaysia (Now a key member of the global Synthomer family) in 1981 and was actively involved in the marketing of a wide range of synthetic resins, polymers (for the coating and adhesive industries) and world renowned specialty natural rubber latex and compounds. He headed the Technical Department of the Natural Rubber Division of Revertex Malaysia until 2004.
Now a Latex and Rubber Consultant with satisfied clients across the globe, he is a member of Plastics and Rubber Institute, Malaysia, ABE(UK), ICM(UK) and had also been a member in ASTM (International) Committee D11.
